Data deletion
Deleting your data
If you have sent us a brief or talked to VYRA on this site, you can have what we hold removed. There is no account to close — one email is enough.

Ask us to delete it
Email us from the address you used when you sent your brief:
Use the subject line Data deletion request. We will confirm we have it within two business days and complete the deletion within 30 days. If you are not sure what you sent or when, say so — we will look it up.
What gets deleted
- The brief you sent, and the details in it — your name, company and email address
- The email thread between us about it
- Any notes we made while preparing our reply
- The copy held in our hosting provider’s storage, and any copy saved if an email to us failed to send
Your conversation, and where it lives
If you talked to VYRA but did not send a brief, none of the conversation is kept here — only the date it happened and how many messages it contained, held for two days.
If you did send a brief, the conversation is part of it: it appears in full in the brief we received and in the copy emailed to you. Deleting your brief deletes that conversation with it.
Our usage counts contain no personal information: they record that a page was opened or a route was taken, not who did it.
What we keep, and why
If we have worked together, records we are required to keep for tax, accounting or legal reasons stay for as long as the law requires, whatever else is deleted. Anything covered by a signed agreement between us is governed by that agreement.
Deleting what we hold does not delete anything on your side — your own copy of the brief, and any emails you have from us, remain in your inbox.
