Privacy Policy

This policy explains what happens to information when you use vyvo-intelligence.com — including when you talk to VYRA or send us a brief.

Who we are

VYVO Intelligence is the brand of Vyvo Living Intelligence Software LLC, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this policy “we”, “us” and “our” mean that company. You can reach us at [email protected].

What this site does

This is our company website. You can read about what we do, and you can have a conversation with VYRA — our AI — about a piece of work you are considering. If that conversation reaches something useful, you can send us a brief. That is the whole of it: there is no account to create, no login, and nothing to subscribe to.

What we collect

When you talk to VYRA

What you type. Your messages are sent to Anthropic, whose model generates VYRA’s replies, and are held for the length of the conversation so she can follow it. Please do not paste anything confidential or anything about identifiable people into the conversation.

When you send a brief

The brief itself, together with your email address, and your name and company if you gave them on the contact form. We use it to reply to you and, if we work together, to run the engagement.

When you simply read the site

We keep counts of how the site is used — pages opened, which route through the site was taken, where a visitor stopped. So that one visit is counted once rather than many times, a random identifier is stored in your browser. It is not a name and we do not connect it to you. If your browser blocks that storage, your IP address is used instead to apply VYRA’s daily message limit, and is held for two days. If that visitor happened to be the busiest of the day, the identifier or address also appears in that day’s totals for up to forty days. Daily totals are kept for up to 400 days. Our own measurement stops entirely when your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal.

Separately, our hosting provider Cloudflare measures page performance and basic visit information — the page, the referring site, browser, device, country and load times. Cloudflare states that it sets no cookies for this and stores nothing in your browser, and that IP addresses are discarded at the nearest data centre rather than stored. This measurement is part of the hosting service and is not controlled by our own code, so it does not stop when Do Not Track is sent.

Cookies

Our own code sets no cookies. It does store a small amount of information in your browser: a random visit identifier, and a marker so that one visit is counted once. If a brief cannot be sent at the time, the brief and your email address are also held there for up to seven days so that nothing is lost. All of it stays on your device and disappears when you clear site data. Cloudflare may set cookies that are necessary to operate and protect the site.

Why we are allowed to hold it

We hold what you send us because you chose to send it and because we have a legitimate interest in answering enquiries about our work and in keeping the site working and secure. Where the law requires your consent for something, we ask for it.

Who else handles it

We keep the list short and name it plainly.

WhoWhat they do with it
CloudflareHosts the site, measures performance and visits, routes our email, and stores briefs and operational records
AnthropicGenerates VYRA’s replies from what you type in the conversation
ResendDelivers the email carrying your brief to us and your copy to you
GoogleHosts the mailbox where our email arrives, and serves the web fonts used on some pages

Briefs also land in VYVO OS, our own business system, which runs on the same providers listed above.

Each of them is bound by contractual confidentiality and data-protection commitments. Beyond them, we share information only where the law requires it — by legal obligation, court order, or to protect the rights, safety or property of VYVO Intelligence, the people who contact us, or others — and, in the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of the business, with the successor, which would be bound by this policy. How we handle demands from public authorities is set out on our government requests page.

We do not sell your information, we do not share it with data brokers, and we do not use it to advertise to you anywhere.

How we protect it

The site is served over encrypted connections (TLS 1.2 or above), and access to what you send us is limited to the people who need it to answer you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; if an incident affects your information, we will tell you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.

Where it goes

We are based in the United Arab Emirates, and the providers above operate internationally. That means information about your use of this site may be processed outside the UAE, including in the United States and Europe. We rely on those providers’ own contractual safeguards for international transfers.

How long we keep it

If you do not send a brief, no part of your conversation is kept here. We hold only the date it happened and how many messages it contained, for two days, so that VYRA’s usage limits work. Your messages are sent to Anthropic to generate her replies and are handled there under Anthropic’s own terms.

If you do send a brief, the conversation goes with it. The brief we receive contains the exchange in full, and so does the copy emailed to you. We keep that brief in our own business systems until we delete it, and a copy sits in our hosting provider’s storage for about 400 days. If the email fails to send, a copy is held until we retrieve it. When we prepare our reply, the conversation may be sent to Anthropic again.

Your rights

Whoever and wherever you are, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] and a person will answer. There is more detail on the data deletion page.

In the UAE

Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) you have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict the processing of and port your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent.

In the EU, EEA and UK

Under the General Data Protection Regulation you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to complain to your supervisory authority.

In California

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act you have rights to know what personal information we collect, and to request its correction or deletion. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by that law.

Children

This site is for businesses. It is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information about children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Where a change materially affects people who have sent us a brief, we will tell them directly.
