Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of vyvo-intelligence.com. They are not the contract for any work we do together — that is a separate agreement, signed by both of us.

Who you are dealing with
This site is operated by Vyvo Living Intelligence Software LLC, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, trading as VYVO Intelligence (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the site you accept these terms.
What the site is
An introduction to our work, and a way to describe a piece of work you are considering — through a conversation with VYRA, our AI — and send it to us as a brief. Using the site creates no obligation on either side.
Talking to VYRA
VYRA is software. What she says is a considered starting point, not professional advice, and not a quotation or an offer. She can be wrong. Nothing she says commits us to a price, a timeline, or to taking on the work.
Please do not enter confidential information, personal information about other people, or anything you are not free to share. Use the site honestly: no attempts to break, overload, probe or misuse it, and no automated collection of its content.
Indicative figures
Where the site shows an investment range, it is an indication of what work of that kind usually costs — given so you can judge whether to continue. It is not a quotation. A price becomes real only in a written proposal from us, after we have understood the work.
Sending a brief
Sending a brief is an enquiry. It does not create a contract, and we may decline work for any reason. If we go ahead, the engagement is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, price, timing, payment, confidentiality and ownership — that agreement prevails over anything on this site.
You keep ownership of what you send us. You allow us to read it, discuss it internally, and use it to prepare our reply and any proposal.
Our material
The site — its text, design, code, VYRA and the VYVO and VYRA marks — belongs to us. You may read it and share links to it. You may not copy, republish or reuse it commercially without our written permission.
Availability
The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available or error-free, and we may change or withdraw any part of it. VYRA may be unavailable at times, including when usage limits are reached.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site, from anything VYRA says, or from any decision taken on the basis of either. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Links elsewhere
Where we link to other sites, including vyvo-os.com, those sites have their own terms and policies and we are not responsible for their content.
Privacy
What happens to information you send us is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, except where the law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
